We use the data you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, pass it to data brokers, or share it with third parties except as described in section 4.
4. Third-party processors
Contact form submissions are routed through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States). Formspree acts as a data processor and forwards your submission to our email inbox. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We have no other third-party processors. The website is hosted on infrastructure that does not log personal data beyond standard server access logs.
5. Legal basis for processing
Processing of contact form data is based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, responding to business enquiries directed to us. You are not required to submit the form; it is entirely voluntary.
6. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, and no longer than 24 months thereafter. Formspree retains submissions according to their own retention policy.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data.
