Pragmatic by design
We're advocates for open source infrastructure — but we're not idealists. Vendor contracts, legacy systems, and operational risk don't disappear because the alternative looks better on a whiteboard. Meaningful change in production environments has to be incremental, business-led, and honest about the cost of disruption.
Our team has deep roots in traditional enterprise environments. We've deployed and maintained VMware clusters, managed Active Directory forests, built pipelines on Azure DevOps, and secured networks with Fortigate. That background gives us something most open source consultancies don't have: the ability to work in your environment as it actually is, not as we'd like it to be.
In practice, that means: we can build bridges — integrating an open source IdP with your existing Entra ID tenant, connecting a new OPNsense edge to an existing Fortigate infrastructure, or running Proxmox alongside VMware through a phased migration. We help you develop a long-term roadmap toward infrastructure independence, and execute it in stages that don't put your operations at risk.
The goal is always greater control, sovereignty, and long-term optionality. The pace should be shaped by your business, not our preferences.
Mixed environments welcome
Open source and proprietary systems can coexist — and often should, as part of a staged transition. We work in hybrid stacks every day.
Business value first
Infrastructure decisions should serve the business. We don't prescribe open source for its own sake — we recommend what delivers the best outcome on a timeline that actually works.
Long-term roadmaps
A phased migration toward sovereign infrastructure is often the right answer. We'll help you plan and execute it in stages, reducing risk at each step.
Integration expertise
Bridging your existing Microsoft 365 tenant with a new open source IdP, or connecting Fortigate to an OPNsense-secured segment — we've done it.
